Peanut Sauce

This peanut sauce is creamy, spicy, savoury, and a little sweet, it’s a sauce that I use on almost everything. I drizzle it over dinner, dip into with almost any food or enjoy it by the spoonful. I can’t get enough!

This peanut sauce recipe enhances a simple stir fry, bowl, salad or vegetable platter. It’s simple and quick to make using basic ingredients that you likely already have at home.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasonings as desired, add more maple syrup for sweetness, chili for heat, rice vinegar for acidity or tamari for saltiness. To adjust the consistency, add more coconut milk to thin it out and more more peanut butter to thicken it.
  3. Perfect for noodle dishes, salads, dipping, spring rolls and more.
  4. Sauce can be stored covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
